Flush-Tech - Fitting Instructions - Hinge Drilling Diagram

Important Notes

In order for Flush-Tech doors to operate efficiently:
1. Rear frame must be ‘square’ and have a smooth/flush mounting face.
2. Hinge mounting must be in accordance with Hinge Drilling and lock mounting recommendations (detailed on reverse).

Recommendations

Two oval buffers (supplied in fitting kit) should be mounted on the lower extrusion to safeguard against facial door damage while the doors are open 270° (especially from curtain buckles) (Fig 1).

Top cam locating sticker (supplied in fitting kit) is mounted on the lower extrusion (Fig 2). A 20-35mm ‘anti-drip’ gutter is highly recommended to be mounted above the doors along the length of the top header panel (reduces the risk of water ingress when in operation)
