Flush-Tech - Fitting Instructions - Mounting Recomendations
General
For ease of installation it is recommended that the rear frame is pre-drilled (as per hinge-drilling diagram), and the doors are mounted in the Horizontal position and lifted vertically in situ with the rear frame.
Note: Do not install the upper and lower keeper housings in the Horizontal position. This can cause alignment problems when mounted vertically.
Lockmaster Under-Door Handle System
Mounting the lower keeper Housings
1. Align the lower keeper housing with the handle fastened in place, ensuring the handle is central to the keeper housing (Fig 3)
2. Drill and fasten the front mounting point using M8 high tensile bolts, washers & nyloc nuts.
3. Open the door exposing the 2 remaining fixing points. Drill and fasten as above (Fig 4) (the handle must be centrally aligned in the keeper housing).
Mounting the upper keeper Housings
1. Align the Cam centrally in the keeper housing with the handle fastened in place (Fig 5)
2. Drill and loosely tighten using 2 x M8 high tensile bolts, washers & nyloc nuts
3. Ensure both the upper cams and lower handles are aligned centrally in their keeper housings and tighten upper keepers securely
into position.
4. Test the opening and closing operation, check the handle operates freely and ‘clicks’ smoothly into the closed position.

Recessed Door Handle System
Mounting the upper keeper Housings
1. Align the lower cams centrally in the keeper housings with the recessed handle in the closed position
2. Drill and tighten securely into position using 2 x M8 high tensile bolts, washers & nyloc nuts
3. Align the upper cams centrally into the keeper housings (Fig 5 above). Drill and loosely tighten using 2 x M8 high tensile bolts,
washers and nyloc nuts
4. Ensure both the upper and lower cams are aligned centrally in their keeper housings and tighten the upper keepers securely into
position.
5. Test the opening and closing operation, check the handle operates freely and ‘clicks’ smoothly into the closed position
Note: M8 bolt length to be determined by the installer
