Solid hinge housings and a heavy duty aluminium extrusion are used to construct a continuous-type hinge section, offering a secure and smooth 270° opening operation. Single locks per door are suitable with this construction due to the design of the hinge section (compared with ‘floating’ double knuckle hinged versions which generally need secondary locks to pull the door tight against the rear frame to gain a fully water/airtight seal). Solid hinge housing, Geomet coated 500 hour salt spray tested. Countersunk stainless steel hinge bolts (supplied with door sets c/w Nyloc nuts & washers).

Minimum rear bearer area required to mount one pair of Lockmaster handles: 830mm x 95mm deep.
Stainless steel handles manufactured by MRF Spain. Recessed handles are generally required where limited space is available on the rear cross bearer, i.e. when a cantilever tail lift is fitted. Locks are mounted 250mm from the base of the door, other heights available upon request.

Rigid PVC carrier co-extruded with durable nitrile rubber /PVC seals, are securely mounted along the interior aluminium channel.
Innovative aluminium extrusions incorporate the 16mm solid door locking mechanism bar, leaving the panels intact with no vulnerable weak points.
All Flush-Tech doors are supplied with a ‘J’ Section rain guard strip. Once mounted, water is diverted away from the top edge of the doors, alleviating water ingress when the doors are opened (a common problem with all external frame mounted doors).
Stainless steel hinge fitting kit supplied complete with countersunk bolts, Nyloc nuts, washers, two oval buffers, drilling diagram and ‘attention’ decal.
The Flush-Tech door system offers a virtual flush face, allowing greater space for livery/advertising, ease of cleaning and aesthetically enhances the body.
Sika polyurethane adhesive sealants used throughout.
