Generally used in smaller trucks and vans, these are extremely lightweight, easy to handle and mount
due to their superior rigidity. Can also be supplied fully shaped to suit most panel vans.

NO MOISTURE INGRESS, 63mm closed cell EPS core for optimal temperature control, 75mm overall thickness
5mm Polyethylene foam shock resistant layer both sides.

- Forms to the imperfections of the trailer or van walls
- Can be replaced in minutes using a screwdriver

Ideally suited to the trailer market. Once stowed, the vehicle can be loaded / unloaded without the need to remove the bulkhead - this cuts down on wear and tear and the possibility of loss. The bulkhead can be moved effortlessly up and down the vehicle along specially designed tracking and easy-glide rollers, and can easily be swung up to the ceiling for safe and secure stowage.
