'JBZ' Boxes are an all-new improved & stylish upgrade to the 'CABX' series.
JBZ boxes are manufactured by Jonesco, a UK based company with over 50 years of manufacturing experience, this rotation moulded, medium-density polyethylene range is suitable for light to heavy duty use and are supplied with up to 2 locking handles, subject to width , available in 13 sizes, consisting of 11 length / width choices, with the 620 & 800mm units also available in reduced depths, great where under-chassis space is an issue.
All JBZ series toolboxes are suitable to be incorporated into a vehicles side-guard system in accordance with UNECE Regulation 73
The required tests were carried out and certified under the supervision of UTAC.

Overview:
- CABJBZ450, 520, 580, 600, 620A & 800A have integral fixing for fitment directly to the floor of the vehicle
- CABJBZ620, 650, 700, 800, 900, 1000 & 1200 are better fitted using our support bracketry which ensures heavy loads do not cause damage to the box
- Lid sits in a recess to minimize the potential for water ingress
- Additional protection through automotive grade rubber seal
- Lockable with 1 or 2 key operated locks as standard
- Handles flip up into horizontal position and allow for easy unlocking even with gloves on
- Handles flip down into a safety recess preventing them from rotating open
- Lid opens 180º
- Door / lid gas springs available upon request to aid operation, please contact us for more information
- Optional Toolbox Door / Lid Chain Sets available, holds the door at 90° (see below)
- No protruding parts
- Other colours available to special order (subject to minimum order quantity)
- Handle with integrated dust cover
- Fully recyclable, chemical resistant, UV stabilised PE
- May be incorporated in the sideguard in accordance with Regulation 73
- Passed UTAC side-impact test

The weight that each toolbox can carry is determined by many factors: Bracketry support, Use of a shelf base, uniformly distributed weight or spot weight etc.
Additional load may be carried if a support base shelf is added and the bracketry is reinforced accordingly
