The Jonesco JBZ series is a range of robust, rotation-moulded toolboxes manufactured in the UK by Jonesco, a company with over 50 years of manufacturing experience
Made from medium-density polyethylene (PE), JBZ toolboxes are designed for light to heavy-duty applications and are ideal for commercial vehicles, trailers and applications where secure, weather-resistant storage is required.
Available in 13 sizes, including 11 length/width options, the range offers a choice of configurations to suit different vehicle applications. The 620mm and 800mm units are also available in reduced depths, making them particularly suitable where under-chassis space is limited
All JBZ toolboxes are suitable for integration into vehicle side-guard systems in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 73. The required tests have been successfully completed and certified by an independent testing facility, providing confidence in the toolbox’s suitability for demanding vehicle applications

- Supplied with up to 2 locking handles — subject to width
- Reduced-depth models — ideal for applications where under-chassis space is restricted
- Secure locking system — supplied with locking T-handles c/w drop-down handle key cover
- Recessed lid — minimises the potential for water ingress
- Compression locking — combined with an EPDM seal to help protect contents
- Protected handles — flip-down handles sit within a safety recess to minimise the risk of accidental opening or damage
- 180° opening lid — provides excellent access to the contents
- Ribbed internal construction — adds rigidity and provides useful support points for shelves or trays
- No protruding components — a clean, practical design suited to vehicle installation
- Other colours — available to special order (subject to minimum order quantity)
- Fully recyclable — chemical resistant, UV stabilised PE

The load capacity of each toolbox depends on several factors, including the level of bracketry support, whether a shelf base is fitted, and whether the load is evenly distributed or concentrated in specific areas, additional load capacity may be achieved by fitting a support base shelf and reinforcing the bracketry as required
