Manufactured by Daken, Italy, the ARKA and WELVET ranges are designed for medium to heavy-duty applications where strength, security and reliability are essential
Manufactured from 4mm injection-moulded polypropylene, these robust toolboxes provide excellent durability and load-bearing performance while offering a practical storage solution for commercial vehicles and specialist applications
This range is available in 6 width choices, 410, 500, 600, 800, 1000 & 1250mm models, the WELVET & ARKA range makes it easy to maximise available storage space
All WELVET & ARKA toolboxes are suitable for integration into vehicle side-guard systems in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 73. The required tests have been successfully completed and certified by an independent testing facility, providing confidence in the toolbox’s suitability for demanding vehicle applications
Key features & Specifications:
- Robust 4mm polypropylene construction — injection-moulded for strength and durability
- 6 sizes available — choose the configuration that best suits your available space and storage requirements
- Supplied with up to 3 locking handles — subject to width
- Secure locking system — supplied with patented Europlex locking T-handles c/w drop-down handle key cover
- Compression locking — combined with an EPDM seal to help protect contents
- Protected handles — flip-down handles sit within a safety recess to minimise the risk of accidental opening or damage
- Reinforced body design — provides maximum load capacity without the need for conventional U-bracket mounting
- Smooth internal surfaces — for easy access and cleaning
- 180° opening lid — provides excellent access to the contents
- No protruding components — a clean, practical design suited to vehicle installation
Fitting kits are available to suit all toolboxes (recommended for all applications); see below for details
Optional accessories: — Door/lid chains (holds the door at 90°) and gas springs
