Track-mounted bulkheads are commonly used in multi-temperature trucks and trailers because they can be moved along internal ceiling and floor tracks to divide the load space into separate temperature-controlled zones. This makes them ideal for transporting split loads, where frozen, chilled, and ambient goods need to be carried together in the same vehicle.

By creating adjustable compartments, track-mounted bulkheads help reduce thermal mixing between different temperature zones, improving temperature control and product quality. CG Rotation Bar

An optional upgrade for track-mounted bulkheads, the CG Rotation Bar replaces the traditional galvanised steel tube and hanging brackets with a sleek, one-piece aluminium profile. Featuring concealed fixings for a clean, premium appearance, it delivers enhanced aesthetics, simplified installation, and outstanding value without compromising affordability

Lightweight Aluminium Rollers

Traditional steel rollers have been upgraded to lightweight aluminium, providing a rust-free solution with the added benefit of significantly reduced weight for easier handling and transport.
Each roller is fitted with durable nylon bushes, allowing the bar to rotate smoothly and consistently, helping to improve performance and reduce wear during use

Easy-Lift Lifting & Storage Device

The Easy-Lift mechanism comes as standard on all Roof Mounted Systems, making it quick and effortless to raise and store the bulkhead.

Featuring an integrated CG-Cleat, the system securely grips the rope during lifting to prevent the bulkhead from slipping. Once the bulkhead reaches the desired position, the cleat automatically self-locks, holding it firmly against the roof for safe and secure storage.

For complete peace of mind, every CG-Cleat has been rigorously tested to a breaking strength of 230kg. This means you can be confident that once the bulkhead is stored, it will remain securely in place until needed.

Bulkhead Fan Kits

VF-Tech & TF-Tech thermostatic fan kits are available for applications requiring dual temperature control.

Two controller options are available:

Analogue Controller:

Recommended for retrofit applications where installing wiring for a probe sensor and controller is not practical. This option provides a simple and effective solution with minimal installation requirements

Digital Controller:

Recommended for new-build applications where wiring for the probe sensor and controller can be integrated during the build process. The digital controller enables the operator to monitor and adjust the rear compartment temperature directly from the cab, while providing more accurate temperature measurement and control

 UHMWPE Skid-Guards

All bulkheads are supplied as standard with a heavy-duty PE skid-guard, designed to protect the base of the unit during operation and when being moved or dragged across vehicle floors

The skid guard provides an additional layer of protection against impact and abrasion from trolleys, cages, pallets, and other equipment, helping to reduce damage, minimise repair costs, and prevent unnecessary downtime

Available in 150mm and 250mm heights, the skid guard offers a robust and reliable solution for extending the service life of your bulkhead system

 Available Options

• Corner cut-outs – Can be shaped to accommodate ducting, conduit, and other installation requirements
• Side wings with Velcro tabs – Sewn onto the polyester hinge, allowing the wings to be secured against the bulkhead when the unit is stowed
• Ventilation flaps – Available in three different styles to suit specific applications
