The Portable Bulkhead Series are an ideal solution where temperature zoning is required in vans and small trucks
The CBF temperature zoning, insulated bulkhead is a regular fixture in the leading temperature vehicle fleets across the UK.
Many different designs and configurations are available and manufactured to your specific requirements.
The core is constructed using EPS (expanded polystyrene), a closed-cell moisture resistant material designed to resist water ingress and bacteria forming.

- 75mm Overall thickness, EPS lightweight core
- Extremely lightweight and robust design
- Reinforced vinyl skin can be supplied in a blue or grey vinyl to compliment the vehicle floor
- Flush mounted bolts used in all applications
- Heat sealed vinyl perimeter
- CG-Foam Low density perimeter foam used on all bulkheads, for superior compression
- High impact skid-guard, can be supplied in 150mm & 250mm depths
- K-Value tested to comply with ATP Classification – documentation available upon request
- Durable polyester webbing hinges (where applicable)
- Can be supplied in a multitude of configurations

- Digital - recommended for new build applications where wiring for the probe sensor & controller can be incorporated into the build. The digital controller allows the operator full control of the rear compartment from the cab, whilst giving a more accurate reading
