Manufactured by Daken in Italy, the ZEN30 range is designed for demanding, heavy-duty applications where strength, security and durability are essential
Constructed from 1.5mm black powder-coated electro-galvanised steel, ZEN30 toolboxes feature a fully sealed enclosure and a unique folded-lid design that provides exceptional strength and rigidity. Each toolbox is robotically formed and TIG/laser welded to ensure a robust, high-quality construction
Available in 7 length and width configurations from 400mm to 1450mm, the ZEN30 range offers a versatile storage solution for a wide variety of commercial vehicle applications
All ZEN30 toolboxes are suitable for integration into vehicle side-guard systems in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 73. The required tests have been successfully completed and certified by an independent testing facility, providing confidence in the toolbox’s suitability for demanding vehicle applications

- 1.5 mm black powder-coated, electro-galvanised steel construction — providing exceptional strength, durability and corrosion resistance
- 7 sizes available — choose the configuration that best suits your available space and storage requirements
- Supplied with up to 2 locking handles — subject to width
- Secure locking system — supplied with black plastic NexT T-handles c/w drop-down handle key cover
- Compression locking — combined with an EPDM seal to help protect contents
- Protected handles — flip-down handles sit within a safety recess to minimise the risk of accidental opening or damage
- Unique folded-lid design — delivers exceptional strength and rigidity
- Interlocking nylon hinges — lock together for superior rigidity
- Robotically formed — TIG/lazer welded
- Smooth internal surfaces — for easy access and cleaning
- 180° opening lid — provides excellent access to the contents
- No protruding components — a clean, practical design suited to vehicle installation
Fitting kits are available to suit all toolboxes (recommended for all applications); see below for details
