A heavy duty, high-quality zinc-plated steel hinge set, supplied either as a complete assembly or as individual components, offering a wide range of configuration options, designed for strength, durability, and reliable performance
74mm series represents the overall end width of the hinge, measured across the hinge including the plastic bushes
Features & Specifications:
- Hinges and components for the 74mm series are available as complete sets or individual parts, allowing for a wide variety of configurations
- Manufactured from zinc plated steel
- 4mm Thick hinge blade, complete with nylon bushes and 3 × ø10.5mm fixing holes
- Dimensions as per attached drawings
Rubber gasket sets are available to suit HNVN74310/HBZP, providing a protective barrier between the hinge base and door panel
These are recommended for use in all applications (see below)
IMPORTANT
Zinc plating is only classed as a ‘sacrificial’ coating (gives itself up to the corrosive media).
A protective barrier (i.e. paint) is recommended to protect against moisture.
