The assembly operates on a variable-rate spring principle, whereby the assistance provided by the spring increases as the load increases, when the ramp is closed, the spring remains largely unstressed, with only slight tension applied to help prevent rattling

Spring tension can be easily adjusted, allowing the ramp to be correctly balanced to suit the application and operating requirements

Available in light-duty and heavy-duty options, these assemblies offer approximate capacities of 150kg and 200kg per pair

The springs feature a black powder-coated finish for a durable appearance and added surface protection
