Brush strip seals are available in five brush section sizes, with filament lengths ranging from 12mm to 180mm (see product range below)

Each brush section can be supplied with a matching 180°, 90°, or 45° extruded aluminium angle carrier, and is available in 2.0m, 2.5m, and 3.0m lengths

How to Order:

Select the required brush section size (see size chart below)
Choose the required aluminium angle carrier:

180°, 90° or 45°

Select the required strip length:
2.0m, 2.5m or 3.0m

Installation Guidelines

The galvanised steel channel that houses the nylon filaments must be sealed at both ends to prevent filament loss. This can be achieved by pinching the end of the channel closed using pliers
Install the seal with the door or window in the closed position
Position the seal so that the brush filaments maintain firm contact with the mating surface
Avoid excessive compression or over-flexing of the brush against the mating surface, as this may reduce sealing performance and shorten
